Terms of Service
These terms cover your use of the Sheetpulse Google Sheets add-on and website, operated by HatchMoon, Indonesia ("we", "us"). By installing or using Sheetpulse you agree to them.
The service
Sheetpulse reads statistics from your beehiiv account through beehiiv's public API and writes them into a Google spreadsheet you choose. It is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by beehiiv, Inc. or Google LLC.
Your account and API key
- You must have the right to access the beehiiv publications you connect.
- You are responsible for keeping your API key private. You can revoke it in beehiiv at any time.
- You must follow beehiiv's and Google's own terms while using Sheetpulse.
Plans and payment
- The Free plan is free. Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance through Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, which also handles sales tax and VAT.
- You can cancel anytime using the link in your receipt email. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
- If you're unhappy within 14 days of your first payment, email hello@sheetpulse.app for a full refund.
- We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email. Changes apply from your next billing period.
Acceptable use
Don't use Sheetpulse to break the law, to access data you aren't authorized to see, or in a way that overloads beehiiv's or Google's services. Don't resell, copy or reverse engineer the add-on or share license keys outside your organization.
Accuracy and availability
Statistics come from beehiiv, and we show them as beehiiv reports them. Numbers can differ slightly from the beehiiv dashboard because of timing or how a metric is calculated. The service depends on beehiiv's and Google's APIs, which can change or be unavailable. We work to keep Sheetpulse running but don't guarantee uninterrupted service.
Disclaimer and liability
Sheetpulse is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Ending your use
You can stop using Sheetpulse at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend access if you break these terms. Data already written to your spreadsheet remains yours.
Changes
We may update these terms. We'll change the date above and email paying customers about significant changes. Continuing to use Sheetpulse after a change means you accept it.
